Sergei Tishakov

Sergei Tishakov - Partner of Grant Thornton Valuation Advisory Services, Deputy General Director of RUSSIAN APPRAISAL - has been working for the Company since the day it was established in 1995. At present, he supervises a real estate appraisal area, and takes part in complex projects on investment consulting and business appraisal .

Sergei Tishakov graduated summa cum laude from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Physics). He had professional retraining at Moscow International Institute and advanced vocational training at G.V. Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, Inter-branch Institute for Advanced Training and Re-Training of Administrators and Staff, and at the International Financial and Industrial Academy.
Sergei Tishakov is a certified appraiser of the Russian Board of Appraisers.
Sergei Tishakov has acquired a broad experience of working as a lecturer. He is in charge of the in-house training unit . He has been lecturing in the following subjects since 1998:

real estate appraisal;

mortgage and investment analysis;

appraisal of securities;

land register and land development.

 

Sergei Tishakov is a faculty member of the following higher educational institutions:

Moscow Financial and Industrial Academy;

Real Estate and Construction Business Institute affiliated to the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering;

International University in Moscow;

National Training Centre of the Russian Guild of Realtors.

Sergei Tishakov's areas of expertise are in the application of neural networks for real estate appraisal, statistical techniques and analysis of the investment appeal.
