Andrei Pisarev is in charge of the Real Estate Appraisal Department.
Andrei Pisarev has graduated from Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering. He was taught valuation and appraisal at Moscow Professional Appraisal Institute affiliated to the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and at Moscow Financial and Industrial Academy.
Andrei Pisarev is a certified appraiser of the Russian Board of Appraisers.
Andrei Pisarev received a governmental certificate in professional real estate appraisal, 1st grade, and other certificates in appraisal and building specialties.
Andrei Pisarev has been engaged in appraisal activities since 2000. He has a profound experience in starting and running developer projects, projects on appraisal of investments, real estate properties, asset complexes, business planning, insured property damage, appraisal for IFRS purposes, etc.
